"I have the same problem with this albums like I have with Star Wars. It doesn't feel like a real Wilco-album. Both albums feel like some songs from a demo tape. It's a nice compilation of songs that didn't fit on the regular albums. This a not the visonary songs that made Wilco great. It feels li..."  [+]  Reply

"If you're familiar with the musical styles of david byrne (of the talking heads) and st. vincent, then you may be interested to know that this album falls more in line with byrne's disjointed, funky style than vincent's melodramatic flair. While the talking heads never employed an accompanyment o..."  [+]  Reply

"Not quite as brilliant as, pieces of the sky, but, elite hotel, is still another lovely Emmylou Harris record. As always with Harris, there are some great songs including, together again, sweet dreams, and another beautiful Lennon-McCartney cover in, here, there and everywhere. Great stuff."  Reply

"Layered, intelligent, moving, and textured, this album is not just one of the better albums of the 90's, but of all time. Every track on this gem is solid and wonderful, but if you're short on time, give "Afternoon With the Axolotls" a listen. You won't be sorry."  Reply

"Camille Saint-Saëns’ “Danse Macabre" is one of my favorite pieces of music because it musically represents death so incredibly well. You listen to it, and it just sounds like death, it sounds like the music of the dead. Every sound in that piece sounds like it’s coming from a ghost itself. Not si..."  [+]  Reply

"As you've guys (unfortunately) have noticed, I've been a huge Avril fan my whole life. But when I first heard "Girlfriend" on the radio, I was really disappointed. I felt like all the emotional tapestry that made Under My Skin such an utter masterpiece was gone. And, in a way, it was. B..."  [+]  Reply

"The record that changed flamenco music forever. Although La leyenda del tiempo is an amazing album, it must be pointed out that it wasn't the work of one man but a team effort instead. Camarón's out-of-this-world howling voice, García Lorca's sensitive verses, Ricardo Pachón's tasteful and forwar..."  [+]  Reply

"Not as good as her debut but a good album nonetheless. The best tracks are the first 2 and the last 2. Be Careful Of My Heart & Subcity are the next best. The only track I would skip is Material World the rest of the album is good."  Reply
