"Such a great album. Overshadowed by the big sellers but this is seriously good and needs checking out by anyone who likes Steve Miller. Full of wonderful performances and songwriting"  Reply

"Honestly it’s surprisingly good for what it is. It’s has some really solid high points- Kiss Me More, Ain’t Shit, Get Into It, You Right, Need to Know. However everything else is pretty forgettable. The project lacks focus, it seems like more a vessel to hold the singles and the couple of other r..."  [+]  Reply

"First Ben Folds album I owned (actually had a friend burn me copy- remember burning CDs?). Anyway, this was a fun but poignant album about relationships, stray observations of stardom, and experiences in Japan. Probably not his best work, but still enjoyable! Best Tracks: Cologne, You Don't Know ..."  [+]  Reply

"After two heavily produced albums in which they might have reminded listeners of the Sundays produced by The Cocteau Twins,(not such a bad thing,) they switched producers, stripped away layers of sound, and discovered that less is more. With the introspective songwriting of lead singer Karen Peri..."  [+]  Reply

"The 3rd Cake album was not quite as delicious as the first two slices, but I could still go for several more helpings. Lots of good songs, my favorites are "Satan is My Motor," "Never There," "Sheep Go To Heaven" and "Walk on By.""  Reply

"I love this band's early stuff. This is along with Vengeance one of their two best albums. Title track No Rest is a storming anthem and one of my favourite all time tracks."  Reply
