Words cannot describe how obsessed I was with this compilation album as a child. Everything from the cover to the track selection and their sequence, including the amazing b-sides Fortune Faded and Save the Population, is perfect. It is also the only Chili Peppers release that is the home to one of their greatest ever songs, Soul to Squeeze.
Fantastic compilation. If you want the hits, this is it.
