Mike Scott reforms the Waterboys after a very unsuccessful attempt at a solo career. There's a very strong OK Computer influence on this thing.
It has some great moments and some terrible cringe-worthy moments. Mike is as passionate as ever, if not more so. I'd say the good outweighs the bad on this album.
