This one came via recommendation, and I'm glad it did. This is some marvelous music, blending cool jazz, bop, and swing, and throwing out there at times with a small ensemble feel and sometimes with a big band vibe. Eardley plays an active but smooth trumpet, and Zoot Sims really dresses things nicely with his tenor stylings. Wonderful listening here!
