Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Underrated. Quite good overall. Maybe that's just me being nostalgic. ?
Slightly disappointing follow up to, kings of the wild frontier. Obviously, it features two no:1 singles in, stand and deliver, and the title track, as well as the bonkers, ant rap, and there are a couple of good album cuts in, scorpios, and, Picasso, but the rest is totally forgettable. So-so.
Although this did not have the immediate impact on me that KOTWF did at the time, I listened to it for longer then. I also find this easier to listen to now. So, taking that into account, and the fact it contains the classic Stand & Deliver I rate this higher (but neither as high as Dirk)...
Saw Adam Ant live recently and he had no problems playing the old popular songs (unlike some jumped up 'artists'), great fun...
Fun 80's pop rock.
