A modern masterpiece by one of metal's most underrated bands. Their most musically diverse album to date, Down take inspiration from a number of social and personal issues that have surfaced for them over the past 5 years and mould them into one hour of tight and polished sludge metal and blues. Intense from beginning to end (though not always in-your-face heavy), this album is an awesome snapshot of 5 Nola metal legends in full flight.
