This is probably my second favourite Wings lp after Band on … Loads of hidden gems here : San Ferry Anne, Time to Hide, Wino Junko, Must do Something about it. A lot of these are among McCartney's best solo songs.

Nothing stands out. Almost drifting into soft-rock/AOR sound.
The second best from Wings in my opinion, an easy listening album two standout hits 'Beware my Love' being the best album track.
Another enjoyable McCartney album. Speed of sound was a more democratic Wings record with all members, including Linda, contributing to the songwriting. Actually, Linda's, cook of the house, is the worst thing on the LP. Still, there's plenty of good stuff, let 'em in, is a fantastic opener, and, silly love songs, is the kind of effortless McCartney songwriting that ends up being a no:1 hit in the U.S.. Elsewhere, there's the excellent, beware my love, the lovely, warm and beautiful, and, the note you never wrote. Wino junko, is fun, as is, time to hide. She's my baby, is a bit slight, but, must do something about it, is nice. All in all, a decent album.
When it's good it's good but when it's bad it stinks.
Another great album by Paul & Wings! Beware My Love is AMAZING!
About half the album is good. The other half is just lame filler.

A good album contains the massive hits Silly Love Songs & Let 'Em In. The rest of the album is a mixture of Paul McCartney songs where the lead vocal is given to other members of Wings even Linda McCartney has a lead vocal. Denny Laine wrote and sings Time To Hide. Wino Junko is written and sung by Jimmy McCulloch and Joe English has the lead vocal on Must Do Something About It, a good record. Worth a listen.
