The inclusion of 5 previously unreleased songs makes this 'Greatest Hits' collection a touch more interesting ~ although in a truer context of Dylan's greatest hits up to 1971, there are a great number of 'masterpieces' left off and a few "not so' greatest hits included. So, perhaps more of a marketing exercise to fill in the lean years after 1970's 'New Morning'. As a keen Dylan follower, I appreciated getting my 'Dylan fix' via this album up at the time.

One of my all time favourite compilations with tons of previously unreleased classics like “Watching the River Flow” and “You Ain’t Going Nowhere”.
