This band plays some great thrash/death metal when it wants to, e.g. "Just One Fix" and "Hero". I also liked some of the industrial beats. Unfortunately too much of this album falls into the interesting rather than enjoyable category, where they are trying too hard to be shocking or provocative instead of playing good music. Or you could say it's good for what it is.
This is the soundtrack of the apocalypse set to industrial metal. Absolutely fucking fantastic. Heavy as fuck. Most tracks just ooze supreme specially the title track & NWO. Last two tracks let it down a bit but overall, a must have album for anyone who likes music of a heavier nature.

This 1992 release by Ministry on Sire/Warner Brothers (Cat#: 9 26727-2) treads the same path as previous releases. If you can make it through this you've accomplished something! Authenticated on discogs.com
Strong tracks like N.W.O are mixed in with quiet samples and gangling structures preventing the album from reaching its potential.
One of the best Industrial albums ever. I feel like throwing someone into the wall whenever I hear NWO.
I like to crank this up on my ipod when I'm feeling paricularly misanthropic, usually at work. It rocks hard and although it's a long way from being in my top 100 there are times in life when nothing's better than having this thundering through my brain.
