75% - I will assign this rating max. 40 times.
70% - I will assign this rating max. 60 times.

--------- Very Good ------------
65% - I will assign this rating max. 100 times.
60% - I will assign this rating max. 200 times.

--------- Good ------------
50% - 55%

--------- Worth Mentioning ------------
40% - 45%

--------- Acceptable ------------
30% - 35%
