While this is still very much identifiable as a Dinosaur Jr. album, the songwriting, production, and mixing go in some clever directions previous DJ albums would not.
Hand It Over covers some really cool ground while still delivering what J Mascis and co are so great at.

I really like the aesthetic of this record, but it's not super interesting to listen to.

This is my favorite Dinosaur Jr album, it's usually my go to for them. Should be ranked higher.
