Love how eclectic it is. Love Sinéad as a vocal personality. Wish I found the songwriting and production more consistently engaging. Still, this is really good.
I liked most of the songs, arrangements and playing on this album, the music is well put together. However I didn't care for the weepy string-laden ballads, nor the a capella (personal dislike). What makes the album quite special is how Sinead O'Connor bears her soul in the lyrics and vocal performance - shades of Alanis Morissette to come.
I should be like her appointment some time all rights.

Intenso e boa pegada folk.
This highlights what an amazing voice she has. Good mix of tempo on the different tracks. Good variety as well. Love the string & orchestral arrangements. Better songs in the front half. Tails off near the back.

Connors lowkey, almost whispering vocals is used in most songs and that loses effect very soon. Despite that, this album has some nice tracks 77/100

The one of 3 her best albums
Favorite Tracks:Three Babies, Black Boys On Mopeds
nothing compares to you of course is the stand out track but her story telling and passionate singing make this a must listen
