Nice variety. Some with a nice summertime vibe. Some crooning. Some mild funk. He's got a great voice. One of the better vocalists. Average album. Nothing special.
I love David Byrne more than anybody but to me this album is one of his weakest. There is something about it, the songs don't fit together well even though some are beautiful.
