Obviously nowhere near peak Oasis but it's not bad. I enjoyed Shock of the Lightning and To Be Where There's Life. (Edited)

This falls into the category of 'another Oasis album'. It's good but no tracks stand out and in no way is it memorable (Edited)
It has 2-3 above average tracks, but as a whole I would rank it as equal to "Don't Believe the Truth".
