This falls into the category of 'another Oasis album'. It's good but no tracks stand out and in no way is it memorable
It has 2-3 above average tracks, but as a whole I would rank it as equal to "Don't Believe the Truth".
10/10 album until the fifth track ends, the album is pretty subpar after with some good moments sprinkled in between.

In comparison to previous Oasis releases its ok , in comparison to their best work its light years away .
Pretty decent album, one their better works in the 2000s. Great tracks like I'm Outta Time, Waiting for the Rapture, The Shock of Lightning and Falling Down. A glimpse of what Oasis could have been, an aging band who are at least still putting some decent tunes

Good rock/psychedelic rock album. Best 10 songs average is 86,5/100 and the album can get good 85/100. Best song is "I'm outta time" 95/100, followed by "The shock of the lightning" 90/100 and next "(Get off your) High horse lady", "Falling down" and "To be where there's life" all 85/100. All other songs in the region of 75-80/100.
Possibly their darkest album. The first two-thirds are extremely consistent. I can't tell if lyrically Noel is discovering his faith or just criticizing religion.
