Really think it is underrated. Obviously different from other Strokes album who set the bar quite high. Nice that they tried some other sound, which I really can enjoy as much as the other previous albums

I love this album. I seriously think it's their best. All the parts flow in and out of each other perfectly, the melodies are just as catchy as anything else, with the intricacy of angles. And the recording sounds pristine. I can only understand not liking the album because of it's new sound. It doesn't sound like the Strokes. This is a new band. Don't compare it to they're early stuff. You can't.

Greatness for this band is on the tip of their tongue. They just can't reach it. Continuing to evolve their sound this is still very very good.

One Way Trigger and Japan are excellent

Everything here is solid which surprisingly is disappointing.

The mastering for this album is truly awful. There's clipping everywhere. Not sure it's fair to give an assessment on a butchered album, but I dig it. Not even close to Is This It but it's a good album.

This is really good album, I don't get why some don't like it, I think it was bold for the band to change their style

Nice! Strokes made something that should be recognized by the today's world of popular music, songs that are friendly, relaxing, fast, and some of them... Just like the old school, and making new combinations of guitar and the machines, giving rise to a new kind of taste for Strokes' fans, showing a slow, but enjoyable album full of good lyrics and memorable tracks

Best album since Is This It. Though, even then, it's a long way from being as quality as that.
