Rating metrics: Help Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)

This album has a Bayesian average rating of 66.0/100, a mean average of 64.4/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 65.1/100. The standard deviation for this album is 16.3.

Liam sounding like an Oasis tribute act

Semi-skimmed Oasis....I prefer the full fat option! This is what happens when you take out the unhealthy stuff - it's like finding sweets you loved as a kid but it's just not the same when you're grown up....it's not bad, you just want what you first tasted more.

It’s tough to tell one song from another and, while there are one or two decent songs on the album, the rest are just boring and uninteresting. Liam and Noel just need to make up and put Oasis back together, because until they do, we’re going to keep getting these Beady Eye albums that just aren’t as good as they could be.

You can say what you want about the album, but the cover artwork is simply fantastic! It's inhuman to think otherwise.

A step forward from DGSS. A collection of great tracks, but with only one real stand out "Flick of the finger". Very La's-esque vibe in places ("Iz Rite") with great production throughout.

On my third or fourth play through and am disappointed :-(
Different Gear still speeding was not a classic album by any means but it wasn't bad and had quite a few stand out tracks.
BE doesn't seem to have ant stand out tracks. The Flick of The Finger is almost a good song but seems to just peter out and finish before it is done. The rest I seem to tire of Liams voice, which I have never said before.
