Rarely is experimental music as joyous as this. African percussion mingles with rock guitar and midi samples straight out of a 90s PC game. Some passages are played on home made instruments and all of the vocals are sung in Danish. The result is surprisingly coherent and wonderfully original. Frisk Frugt's other projects are also well worth checking out, in one he attempts to coax ferns into making music by hooking them up to a synthesizer... The music industry need more people like this.

Still trying to wrap my head around this one. One of the weirdest albums of the year. It's a very playful album that simply cannot fit within the confines of a genre.
