I honestly think this is his best work. Very consistent album of quirky, stripped-back music. Love having this on in the background while I saddle eels.
This was my first Eels album after my brothers advised me to get into them. Excellent album - if a little morose (but there was more morose to come - lol) - but I love this album and band. Seen them live a few times and superb shows
A wonderful album. I Like Birds, Flyswatter are stand out tracks.

"Daisies of the galaxy" è un buon disco pop che non mi dispiace; non contiene quegli elementi di novità presenti nell'esordio ma mostra quella solarità seppur malinconica che il suo autore sembra aver ritrovato dopo un periodo buio dovuto a problemi personali.

Un disco de gran calidad que logra cautivarme en varios sentidos, buenas letras y tonadas memorables, altamente recomendado
Difficult to follow up the superb Electro Shock blues, but this is a fine effort...never have been a lover of Tiger In My Tank but otherwise an album I still like to listen to, probably just a bit more than Beautiful Freak....
Playful lyrics and catchy melodies, what more could you want!
