This album will always take me back to the sheer joy of taking a 4WD tour across the Bolivian altiplano(Salar De Uyuni), at sunrise with the perfectly still reflective layer of water stretching out to the horizon of the salt flats as the 4WDs sped across the top of the water spraying golden trails in our wake. I had a taped cassette of this album playing in our vehicle and it brought with it a sense of satisfied contentment... until we caught up with the Israeli tourists blasting their doof doof up at the next stopping point...
