This is basically what you'd have if you took postal service with less clever lyrics and added some glossy hip-hop flavor. There's a sparkling sheen on the production from the neon theme intro which segues into dream cars which brings to mind a high fashion Blur. i told her on alderaan starts off like a Killers song circa "Hot Fuss". And in sounding like "Hot Fuss", Neon Neon shines like mid-era Duran Duran, just slowed down and roughed up some. There's a definite 80s synth vibe on this supposed concept album about John Delorean.
