Figured I needed to give this band a listen. It made sense to start with a best of album. Certainly not disappointed. Love the sound, a little bit Wilco-ish. Maybe not as musically diverse as Wico but Pavement do what they do exceptionally well. I will be listening to this collection a lot.
This may be sacrilege to some, but I'm fine with Pavement as a "singles band" as it were. I've never found anything especially unique about the experience of listening to any given album, but I love the tracks!
