Incredible band, the full embodiment of the term "progressive". Easily one of the greatest metal outfits, rock outfits and progressive outfits in history.

So underrated, as many of interesting rock and metal bands nowadays. I love their death metal free style on newer albums too.
Their sound has evolved immensely since the 90s. Really impressive. True prog; top 10 "current" band.

Currently best band of the world. They have been regular album after album since mid nineties and have edited masterpieces in different genres, Black Metal, Death Metal, Prog Rock and Prog Metal. Damnation is their most accessible album if you want to introduce to their sometimes aggressive sound.
