Ah shit, forgot all about this site.

I am trying to limit it to one album per artist/group; and it's strictly a list of favorites for me. Alice in Chains, in my mind, does not have a bad album; but their Jar of Flies EP to me introduced a new level of depth that was only present in Sap previously, but unlike Sap - Jar managed to maintain the Chains edge.

As for Band of Gypsies; it remains to this day one of the most unique sounds in rock and roll. He boldly dipped his toes into new waters and hit it out of the park. The only other album from Jimi, in my mind, that had a chance of making the list was Are You Experienced?

Band of Gypsys is a really odd choice. It's my least favourite Hendrix album (which is not a slag....I like ALL his stuff). Wish You Were Here is a nice pick, though. I'm not a big fan of Floyd OR The Wall...but Wish You Were Here is a pretty great album. Looking forward to seeing this expanded/udated.

Above and Jar but no Dirt? This list is fascinating none the less.
