Top 40 Greatest Music Albums by KurwaHawk (2020)
This list is more like my favorite albums of all time or what I consider to be the best, as all music is subjective.
My only rule is one album per artist/project, I am not repeating artists so this list stays *fresh*.
If you guys wanna recommend me anything to listen to, leave your suggestions in the comments, I'm always up for listening to new music. Also make sure to share this list with your friends so I can add more entries in the future! :D

Top 40 Greatest Music Albums ratings
av = trimmed mean average rating an item has currently received.
n = number of ratings an item has currently received.
m = minimum number of ratings required for an item to appear in a 'top-rated' chart (currently 10).

Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some charts can have several thousand ratings)
This chart is rated in the top 5% of all charts on BestEverAlbums.com. This chart has a mean average rating of 92.0/100. The trimmed mean (excluding outliers) is 91.5/100. The standard deviation for this chart is 6.3.

I too, watch Fantano religiously. I never really got the love for MBV, but I'll try them again. I'd say try Tool and Joni Mitchell.
We have a lot in common, so don't really know why you gave me 75. I still dig your taste though.
The Dismemberment Plan: Emergency & I
Soundgarden: Superunknown + Down On The Upside
Eminem: The Eminem Show
P.M. Dawn: Dearest Christian + The Utopian Experience
Kid Cudi: Man On The Moon II
The Microphones: Mount Eerie
Coldplay: Viva La Vida
The Prodigy: Experience + The Fat of The Land + Invaders Must Die
Raekwon: Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...
Really nice chart! Wanted to give a lower score because its only 40 entries, but I cant penalize you for that. You have great taste. Here are some suggestions excluding artists already in chart (per 1 each rule):
Doolittle - Pixies
Lonesome Crowded West - Modest Mouse
Ziggy Stardust - David Bowie
Stone Roses - Stone Roses
Melophobia - Cage The Elephant
Unknown Pleasures - Joy Division
You should give a listen to semantic spaces by Delerium. That's my personal favorite album and not one that a lot of people have heard. Given that your taste is so varied, I'd love to hear your first impressions. :)
Great variety even just in the top 10! Usually with these charts you quickly get an idea for someone's taste or at least preference even if they're open minded about music. But I love charts like yours that showcase a large variety.
Thank you for the rating on my chart! Looking at your album ratings you seem pretty new here so apologies if you know these recommendations already but I thought I'd give you a few pre-nineties classics that are personal faves of mine that you might enjoy:
The Velvet Underground & Nico - The Velvet Underground & Nico
Can - Tago Mago
King Crimson - In The Court Of The Crimson King
Talking Heads - Remain In Light
Steve Reich - Music For 18 Musicians
