All numerical values are based on how much I enjoy each album and thus represent nothing objective. My ratings are out of 10 and I'm only featuring what I rate at 8 and above. An 8 is already a huge deal. If it's a 9, it's because I can't give it a 10, no matter how hard I try to reason myself into doing so. Anyway, I take my time with each album, so this is a work in progress and might be so forever.

This was my favorite as a teenager. Perhaps I've overplayed it, or perhaps I overrated it, but most of the songs on the album, Nude excepted, no longer floor me. It's got a sound so organic that I find myself coming back to it for that breath of fresh air. That combined with the intimacy of the album has endeared me to it like one would be to an old friend.
