Hard to pick one good album from these guys. Peter Steele's pain mixed with the bands layered instrumentation...truly amazing stuff.

Come on, I had to put a prog rock album on here right? This album defines prog metal and shot petrucci and portnoy to stardom (at least in Japan).

It's actually not the "10th" best or whatever. Couldn't find a good thing to put here, so I doubled up on Type O, because they really were the best band of the 90's.
