Good rec from Hayden, this. Picked up today. Also:
- original 12" of the Bar-Kays' Holy Ghost
- couple of dub albums that aren't on database yet but will be soon enough, and
- pre-ordered the new KKB LP _________________ 'Reggae' & t'ing Folk 'n Stuff SHAMELESS RECORD DEALER PLUG
Mentioned you in passing today Johnny to the nice chap behind the counter at Eel Pie - said that next time you were in that he should tell you Jimmy Dread says hello.
Anyway, found inamongst a cardboard box of Calypso buried under the C-G section:
Scratch-produced JA original on Black Art, titled Super Eight and housed in a generic sleeve with the legend "Upsetter Disco Bum" on it. A little beaten up but bar a little bit of pressing-fault fuzz and the odd click on the first track it sounds pretty ace. _________________ 'Reggae' & t'ing Folk 'n Stuff SHAMELESS RECORD DEALER PLUG
