"This album needs and deserves commenting on! So here's what I've written about it on my chart: In my opinion, this is everything OK Computer is made out to be and more - a reflection on our primal human nature and its dislocation in a modern industrialized world. The album features beautiful soun..."  [+]  Reply

"Been years since I heard this but recently reconnected and loved it - forgot about those album tracks like King Volcano, Who Killed Mister Moonlight, Slice of Life, Honeymoon Croon and Hope. These include some lighter moments from eth masters of gothic"  Reply

""New Miserable Experience" is an alt-pop gem borrowing from big star, and is near-perfect in its effortless alt-poppy-ness. Almost every track sounds like a hit. This is another album that closes with a pseudo-alt-country song at the end called "cheatin'" which has the fun line "you can't call it..."  [+]  Reply

"This album is mentioned as a prime example of "What Rudy Van Gelder Did 'Wrong'" in an article under that title at the Reverb com site, which is a gear trading site all musicians go to. I recommend doing a search for that title and checking out the article for a brief but excellent discussion of ..."  [+]  Reply

"Personally I reckon Chemical Beats is the only duff track on the album. There is no better soundtrack for staggering home at 4/5am after leaving a club than One Too Many Mornings. This album has aged really well - hard to believe it's nearly 20 years old. Where did that time go?"  Reply

"Royal Mail Ship Titanic was comprised of nine decks and three million rivets, fitted with a total of 29 boilers which fed two reciprocating steam engines and one low-pressure turbine that allowed the ship to reach speeds of up to 21 knots at a staggering length of just under 883 feet from bow to ..."  [+]  Reply

"Been a few top class come backs from older artists this decade from people like Nas or Suede, who many had written off for good reason. I certainly had and their last before this I thought was a final embarrassing nail and a low point. It's funny how adversity can galvanise acts to push further, ..."  [+]  Reply

"A strong Iron Maiden album although as with latter day Maiden albums it's short of those classic metal anthems they were so brilliant at writing in the eighties. Still, it's all solid stuff from a band who are still burning brightly."  Reply
