"Ok so initially I really loved it - and to be clear, the album is a fantastic voyage - but the novelty factor kind of wore off and I just don't like as much. It's still unique as hell and I can't deny the jazz fusion and songwriting glory that it is." Reply

"Solid album - Jet Airliner best track and Jungle Love is probably second. A soft rock album with hints of psychedelic in an updated 70s sound. Late 70s early 80s were the height of this band and if you choose one album of SMB to listen to then this is the place to start" Reply

"This is a really interesting album - I like how it plays around with different tones and sounds in a way that almost sounds like noise rock filtered through a post-punk lens. "I don't find the music particularly moving, but it feels very sincere and brave. Rappers don't release a 22 minute album of 2-minute lo-fi indie songs for the radio airplay, to be sure.
