"Tim Kasher, singer and eccentric frontman of Cursive, wrote two masterpieces in the course of two years: The Ugly Organ and The Good Life’s Black Out. "Mudhoney somehow gets overlooked when people give credit to 80s alt-rock pioneers. These guys are a tiny step behind the Pixies. This and Superfuzz are their best." Reply
"This album may be a little underrated, but I don't think it's one of Rush's best. Still, it's an important release because it shows a band stretching their prog rock wings. "Takes a few tracks to get going, but when it does, The Navigator is a moving, enrapturing love letter. Gets better with multiple listens." Reply
"Check out the LongChain concept behind this album. The premise revolves around a sunken slave ship that crashes and the slaves live free lives underwater, hence slaves=waves. The production on a lot of songs has a crazy aquatic vibe and Lupe bounces off the beats effortlessly incorporating some o..." [+] Reply
"Beautiful album, less experimental than their previous albums but easier to listen. 8/10." Reply
