"Maybe it's because I was too excited for this and set the bar too high, but I sadly found it a bit underwhelming, it left something more to be desired. I fail to see how this comes even close to his best work. Still, there were some great moments, like the self-titled track."  Reply

"Fantastic collection of new songs from a band who continue to develop and improve their sound. These tracks are growers as you would expect. Only their masterful debut album tops this. Surely more widespread acclaim and success now awaits."  Reply

"Wow! Such an underrated album! Can't believe there are no comments so far! A very influential punk-becomes-pop, awesome lyrics, and probably the one with their most memorable songs. Everything Sucks is the moment when you realize that they have never grown up since I Don't Want to Grow Up."  Reply

"How could there be no comments for this underground classic?!? This record is something that if you are ready to dive in to it will take you to whole other worlds! It's a new genre that these dudes created in general, but especially here on their debut. Just listen to it and be ready to be impres..."  [+]  Reply

"It says something for the lack of respect for the full length LP as an art form in 1963 that The Beach Boys (or Capitol Records) could get away with such a tacky concept – recycling four songs from previous albums and quickly recording eight new ones to create a hastily constructed car-themed album."  [+]  Reply

"Compared to the superlative Clube da Esquina it's a modest effort, but that modesty is part of its charm. It's wonderful to hear Lô Borges deeply personal style, his haunting melodies and unique arrangements, in such a carefree, 'throw it against the wall and see what sticks' album. There's some ..."  [+]  Reply

"Another great recent band who brought this stunning debut album - a stoner mix of straight up rock, a little bit of rock and some blues. Wucan and Bright Lights are stand outs."  Reply
