"Debatably their best album, Strange Free World had a number of great tracks. My faves were Drive That Fast and Within the Daze of Passion. KoD are often linked with other shoegazer bands but Imo their sound was far more direct. regardless of classification, this is excellent guitar driven stuff." Reply

"The new pornographers returned with a mid-tempo rocker (for them anyway) picking up the pace of "challengers" a bit but still not returning to their glory days. Most songs only have 1-or-2 hooks whereas their first two albums packed 2-to-4 hooks in every song." Reply
