"I do not like the eighties-sound on this record!" Reply
"Right from the Tonetta-like opener Charlotte’s Thong through to the weepy Les Be Honest, NZ’s Connan Mockasin keeps you transfixed by his mopey adolescent narrative, even if most of the lyrics are unintelligible. "Narcissus gave up all hope. "I'm incapable of love", sadly that seems to be the point, but the music plays well crafted and the voice still holds a reminder of the days when it sung about nothing but love (or maybe the struggle to be loved)." Reply
"Contrary to the other comments, I see this as where Bowie starts to get himself together again after the failures that were Tonight, Never Let Me Down and Tin Machine. It's not particularly good, but at least it's better than what he had been doing at the time." Reply

"Sandy Denny's debutalbum is a quality collection of intimate songs with a melancholic mood. Her voice is crystal clear and few ladies were in her league at the time. Folk was never better than this" Reply
"Has a undeniable charm. If toned down on the dick/turd jokes, this would be something i would revisit often." Reply
