The idea behind this album is solid. Rumer has a solid voice and can arrange some interesting songs. But overall the album is fairly boring. There is a lot of a slow jazz feel to the album, which can be nice, but there’s not really anything to make the album stand out. I feel like Rumer has a whole lot of potential to be very good and hopefully she will capitalize on that soon.
