I know that this album has a lot of detractors, even the band itself has talked about their disappointment in it but Folie is by far the best Fall Out Boy album. I feel like they stretched their sound to new and interesting places while the soul of their pop punk beginnings remained. This album also has the best use of guests that I've ever heard, especially on something like What A Catch, Donnie. (Edited)

One of the best albums of the 2000s(if not the best), extremely underrated because its from Fall Out Boy

Wow I really like this, I've only ever heard their new stuff (2013 FOB onward I despise) but this was a great surprise. We're playing I Don't Care in my Pep Band and I really enjoyed it so I decided to give this album a listen and It's just a really fun listen, nothing ground breaking, just tons of fun (Edited)
