A four disc box set issued by JSP Records in 2004 traces the history of New Orleans jazz/blues music as it swept from the bayous of the south all through out the USA during the Jazz phenomena of the 1920s. 101 tracks are featured here along with exhaustive liner notes. Found on JSP Records (Cat# JSP921A, JSP921B, JSP921C & JSP921D) this offers a taste of one area of the jazz gumbo as this style of music developed. AUthenticated on discogs.com
