I may not have listened much to the live stuff, but the studio cuts on the first side are pretty much essential. It speaks volumes that even though the purpose of this release appears to be little more than fulfilling a contract, it still includes the absolute quality of the likes of H.O.W, Dead Beat Descendant and Squid Law, which the Stone Roses borrowed heavily from on their comeback single. I have always been quite fascinated by Mollusc In Tyrol too.
