Favourite tracks: 'Looking Out The Window With A Blue Hat On' & 'You'll Be The Scarecrow'
A consistent album musically/vocally - interesting lyrics/poetic visuals ~ but nothing here to knock you out ~ more like a 'unanimous draw' after an 11 round bout.
The better of the two E solo albums, but still not quite as good as any Eels offering. Excellent debut (if you discount Bad Dude In Love)....
