Boa da era pop do reizinho.
Compare this to Hotter than July. Which is better? July. But they aren't much different. This has great vibes throughout, not a bad/unlistenable song. You can absolutely listen to this as an album. Overjoyed could be in his top 3 of sweet songs not falling over into sappiness, and Wonder has a lot of attempts at that throughout the years. When I can associate a part of my life with an album that's a good sign. I feel like the negative ratings come from judging against his golden period, this isn't that, but it is a really good album that should be in the top 3000 overall, not just in the top 3000 of the 80s.

Surprisingly not terrible. I actually kinda like it. Love the singles. Overjoyed has always been one of my favorites. Part Time Lover is catchy and fun. Never In Your Sun is pretty cool. I like it even though it's not during his classic era.
