I discovered this band when this album was released and it is still my favorite. I just love the general sound which is both spooky and lush (hihi). The best track is Untogether.

More dream pop than shoegaze. Really beautiful.

Long time since I heard this. Bloody good it is too. I just love this type of shit. Sure I have it on a good old c90 copied somewhere.
Not as good as the albums before and after. They just don't sound all that inspired here, although "Monochrome" is a lovely way to wrap things up.

A beautiful album of genuinely pretty melodies.

I reckon this is their best, but there are flaws especially towards the end of side 2 with lumpen, filler tracks such as Fantasy, Take, and Laura taking up too much room. Fortunately, they get their fingers out and salvage the whole goddam thing with career highlight Monochrome.
Nowhere near as good as split, but still a really decent album.
