Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Nope it just doesn't work...…….. one listen and not bad but I'll leave it for now.
Not as bad as I expected but I expected it to be pretty bad so I guess it's just about bearable. Okay at best.
