Heart of Mine and Every Grain of Sand are classics, and Property of Jesus is pretty good. The rest is fair to middling.
Okay, so my optimism fades with the third of the trilogy. After being pleasantly surprised with the previous two 'God' albums, this one was a step too far.

The final album of the Christian trilogy is another solid and underrated effort. The key parts for me are Lenny Bruce, Watered-Down Love & Groom's Still Waiting At the Altar in the middle and the brilliant final track Every Grain of Sand.
The final part of Dylan's god trilogy. This is easily the least successful of the three. It seems confused, and not really sure where it wants to go. It's still ok, the groom's still waiting at the altar, and especially, every grain of sand, are excellent songs. The title track is ok, as so is property of Jesus. Lenny Bruce is dull, but the rest isn't too bad. I actually really like, heart of mine, and, watered down love. Not great, but it's certainly not bad either.
I like this record. The production and arrangements are top notch. Maybe this is not Mr. Dylan at the top of his form but there are some great songs on here.
