I'm finally starting to get this album. Full of different moods caused by electronic sounds, real instruments and a variety of interesting vocal samples. Quite cool album, feels like walking in a subway. Best songs are probably "Burning Wheel" and "Star". (Edited)
An exquisitely crafted neo-psychedelia record from Primal Scream. Dark and trippy yet an absolute joy to listen to, this record houses many a great melody (Edited)
Shortlisted for album of the year at the 1997 Mercury Music Prize. The winner was New Forms by Roni Size & Reprezent (Edited)
A bit of a letdown from the band that brought us "Screamadelica". There are, however, some fine tracks to be found - just not enough of them. And IMO the instrumentals go on just a bit too long. (Edited)

I was honestly very bored by this album. Though, I think I had the same initial reaction to Screamadelica, and I ended up loving that one, so we will see (Edited)
