I´m afraid 1981 was a poor year.
I´m not impressed by your Chart, but honestely I´m not satisfied with my own Chart - maybe it simply was a bad year.
I think the best and most intense albums of 81 are missing in your list:
Tuxedomoon: Desire; Lounge Lizards, Kevin Coyne: Pointing the Fingers.
