One of the most beautiful album ever recorded in the history of MUSIC.Shine On You Crazy Diamond is maybe the most perfect 25 minutes for a song.

The monumental album that set a new standard for Progressive Rock.Every tracks flow from one to another beautifully especially from the ending of Time to the intro of The Great Gig in The Sky.BTW in my opinion Money alone is maybe great for a song but really did kills the mood of The album.

"Nick Drake's music may not be gripping at first. It is unassuming, undramatic, full of doubt and hesitation. Nick's soft voice may even sound gray and flat, at first (he is certainly not given to dramatic expression). His breathy vocals never, not once, sound forced or strained, and can - strictly speaking - hardly count as proper singing. The voice never rises beyond the humming of a lullaby, like he's singing to himself all the time, while stroking a cat, in quiet solitude. Even the melodies sound pensive and hesitant. They tend to stall at certain pitches, for several beats even, as if Nick were making up the melody as he goes along, ruminating. This can be annoying at first but soon one begins to realize how essential this characteristic is to his pensive, intimate style." [First added to this chart: 02/12/2014]

Sixteen artists plus composer Messiaen in common with my own – and I have been meaning to check out ‘Ewa Demarczyk Śpiewa Piosenki Zygmunta Koniecznego’ for some time since buying it.
I get a feeling this chart lacks the unpredictable touch. Recalling having to add half a dozen albums when making my own chart is significant to me, and there are not that many albums rarely seen on this sort of chart. Very good and varied nonetheless.
