"Everything has already been said about this album. Everyone has given their 2 cents about how great it is or how some have said that they cannot hear or comprehend DSOTM's greatness. This album is a stroke of genius from the heart beats that opened with Speak to Me, to the finishing heart beats t..." [+] Reply

"When I was curious about The Beatles I asked a friend who absolutely loves them where I should start. Without question he handed me Abbey Road and now I understand why. This album is the culmination of The Beatles' long and winding road together. It represents what each of the members brought to ..." [+] Reply

"As great as this album is, it would have been even greater if they had included "Paperback Writer" and "Rain" (and taken off "Dr. Robert" and "Got to get you into my life")...which were released as "single" only in May, 1966...terrible decision. I hated when they released "single only" records." Reply

"The only album cover I have a shirt of! There are 2 reasons why this isn't in the top 10 on here: 1) Dark Side of the Moon is an obvious contender for best album of all time. 2) A lot of ppl will only put 1 album from a band on their charts b/c there just isn't enough room. Add it up. With its 90..." [+] Reply

"It's as creative and bright as a 5 year old's experiments with poster paints, sugar paper and glitter glue. And very nearly as fun too. Its only real hiccup is its short-lived middle section. The sound established within the first few moments of '15 Step' is so distinguishable, and the superbly s..." [+] Reply

"If we're trying to be objective, there is no such thing as the greatest album of all time. Something as abstract and subjective as music cannot be narrowed down to one absolute best. Consider that even if you took a poll with the entire world, maybe the top album would be something by Imagine Dra..." [+] Reply

"This is my favourite album ever. 1st listen: What the fuck is going on? This is nothing like OK Computer 3rd listen: I don't know what is bringing me back to this, I don't really like it but I can still somehow tell it's well made regardless 5th listen: OK, I like Everything In It's Right Place, ..." "One of the finest compliments I can pay this album is that despite the fact it's a product of the "classic rock" era, it still gets virtually no radio airplay on classic rock FM radio. You are still far more likely to hear it on college radio. More than 45 years later, it's still too "out there" ..." [+] Reply
