This has been my favorite band since the Priest = Aura release. They now have 26 albums with not a bad one in the bunch. Priest = Aura is my favorite, but Starfish is a close second. Their work has evolved while still maintaining their sound, but there is brilliance on every release. The newest release gets better with every listen, and I already really liked it from the start. Definitely an underrated band. Their path has taken them away from the big labels, but their independence is to your benefit.

I loved Unguarded Moment on the radio when I was 16 years old. Under the Milky Way is a beautiful pop rock song. Here I am, 35 years later listening to more of this lamentably forgotten bad.

One of my favorites. For those new to The Church, Steve Kilbey's got a lot of work outside the band that's worth checking out too. I am particularly fond of Isidore.
Extremely underrated Australian band that has produced great music
4 over 30 years. Perfect music for any occasion.

This band are one of the best Aussie bands I've ever heard!
The Church have been my favorite for 25 years. Still putting out great tunes and touring with new material. Dreamy songwriting and layered double guitar work.

Iconic Australian band has been rocking for 30 years. Starfish (1988)is their biggest album. In 2009 they released an album Untitled #23 which is also darn good.
