Why is this man allowed to make music

It's a travesty of modern music that this man is so underappreciated. Not only is his songwriting on par with the best, his musicianship is near virtuosic. If you watch a video of Bird performing live, you will understand what I mean. His songs sound EXACTLY the same live as they do in studio... actually, they sound better, and i truly mean that.

Andrew Bird does not appear in anyone's favorites? Blasphemy! Just about as good as it gets musically and no one agrees? WTF? He is miles above just about anything else happening these days. What is up people? Stop looking at each others lists and try to branch out a little bit and experience something better than almost anythign else out there. AND... The Swimming Hour doesn't show up in his album list and it may be his best. Go Figure.......
