One of the most influential and best rap/hip hop artist. In my opinion too overhated especially after his beef with k dot. He revolutionized hip hop after he realised Take Care (one of the best hip hop albums of all time). He is also pretty good in singing as it showed passionfruit, one dance and hold on we are going home. He also have many very good underrated songs. He have songs for every mood; from chill to aggressive. Very good beats, and he has some songs with message.
Overrated.

Drake certainly has talent, but it is wasted on him chasing mainstream status. His music is calculated and therefore cold. It does not come from the heart as so many would have you believe. It's made to generate cash flows, and at that, it is quite good.

I just don't get any of his hype. His raps are weak and soft, and his lyrics are just mediocre. People say they listen to him for emotion but damn its just not catchy or enjoyable music. If I want emotional hip-hop/R&B I feel like Kid Cudi or Frank Ocean just makes Drake look like an amateur. Even The Weeknd is way better than this dude and I'm not a huge fan of him either.
People put him at #1 but I can think of at LEAST 30 other rappers more talented.
